Returns

Morrison Brothers Music stands by the quality of the products we sell, and we guarantee that all items shipped will be in brand-new condition and completely operational. If you need to return an item, the first step is to read the conditions below. Then contact us at (800) 932-0934, and ask to speak to one of our internet sales representatives. Describe the nature of your problem, and we'll arrange for you to return the item.

Local customers: please see your sales representative in person if you would like to return an item.

Shipping Damage
All items shipped are carefully packed to prevent damage, and insured for the full sale value of the item. If an item has been damaged due to shipment, please file a claim with the shipping company.

Product Defect
If an item is not working according to its instructions, you can get an RA (return authorization) number from us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will email you a call tag, which will enable you to return the item to us without incurring a cost. The item will be replaced when the defective unit is received by us.

After 14 days, if a defect occurs, we will be glad to repair the item under warranty and ship it back to you. Shipping to us and back to your responsiblity. Alternately, you can contact warranty service centers in your area and have the item repaired by a qualified technician close to you.

Customer Dissatisfaction
We strive to ensure that you're getting the right product you want or need according to the information provided on the item's page, and (if applicable) discussing your purchase with a sales representative. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the item, but it's in complete working order, we will accept a return, however shipping it back to us is your responsibility, and you will incur a restocking fee.

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee amounting to 15% of the item's total selling price will be charged for each of the following:

  • If the product is in new condition and perfect working order, but returned due to "buyer's remorse"
  • If the product is returned with physical damages or noticeable wear and tear
  • If the product has been used in a smoking environment
  • If any supplemental items - manuals, cables, packing materials, software, pedals, etc. - are missing from the package

Refund Payment Method
The credit card you used will be refunded once the item is returned to us, and has been evaluated. If there are any problems with your return, you will be personally notified prior to the refund transaction.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Print music, Books, CDs, Videos
  • Headphones, In-Ear Monitors, Earplugs
  • Microphones - Live or Recording
  • Pop Filters and Wind Screens
  • Tubes for Guitar Amps / Preamps
  • Unsealed Guitar Strings
  • Computer Software, incl. Products that Include Third-Party Software
  • Mouthpieces, Reeds, and Pitch Pipes
  • Cleaning Supplies / Kits
  • Harmonicas
  • Apparel (Hats, T-shirts, etc.) and Dishware (Cups, Mugs, etc.)
  • Used and Consignment Items
